  My husband and I had a walk-in shower installed by Bath Fitter. While it did seem to take forever to get to San Diego it's been a great decision. Our old shower had a door that opened out into the bathroom. It was also very small. When we got the estimate he recommended expanding the shower footprint. The shower is custom made for our bathroom. It did take a week for the glass doors to be made, but it's a seriously beautiful shower. They had to come out to reseal the shower after the doors were installed because I guess when the glass wall/doors are drilled in it sometimes breaks the seal. No other problems. It was an expensive addition, but really happy with the results.

  We contacted Bath Fitter because our old shower was ugly and outdated. Bath Fitter helped us by giving us awesome options. We are so happy with the excellent installation of our new shower. One thing we liked was their friendliness and expertise in remodeling showers. We found the experience to be positive and enjoyable. We would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone who needs to make their bath or shower beautiful!!

  Buyer beware!! I would not use this company again if the product was free!! The workmanship was terrible and the customer service was even worse!! If you go see their show room you will see just how bad the installation is!!
