  My husband and I went into Sears specifically to buy a mattress for my dad. Cody helped us and we couldn't have asked for better service. he was very informative, gracious, helpful and charming.

  Worst customer service. Rude employees. Completely unwilling to rectify my request to exchange a $900 toolbox that was sold to me with an issue, only to find out it’s a brand new toolbox with DISCONTINUED PARTS. It took a week to get a call back. And I was told I’d have to return my item and wait for another one to be shipped. Not to mention being directed back and forth getting the runaround between their online and in store customer service. Good luck dealing with this place. Too bad google doesn’t offer 0 stars. I would have given that rating.
