  I came in late on Sunday afternoon with what I believed were major issues with my Samsung S6 Galaxy. Some were operator malfunction, and some the plethora of pre-installed apps received on replacement this year. By the time I walked to my car to retrieve the list of apps I use, the first was resolved. Within three minutes, the second was completed and my phone was back in my hand, exactly as I had requested. I was completely impressed with his proficiency and skill. Professional, experienced, willing to answer all questions with a genuine smile and genuine patience. You have a gem in Richard. My vote for Poster Boy for Sprint!
