  Initially brought my aunt in here to help switch her and her daughter's lines to T-mobile as she isn't as adept to understanding contracts nor phone jargon. Like always, I'm skeptical dealing with any retail service employees as they typically just try to sell products/services that aren't needed. However, the customer service we received here was phenomenal and quite frankly embellished the way things should be done. Two of the employees talked to us about what their method was in hopes of saving my aunt money and transparently showed us exactly what they were doing. I practically never leave reviews but I feel compelled to after having left the store. I'll be seeing you guys soon! Thank you!
