  My daughter shopped here with her friends. The sales associate sold her a jean jacket with no tags but scanned one from another jacket. Now they are refusing to give her a refund because the associate didn’t do their job right. Who do I need to speak with to get this issue fixed? There are so many teens that go shopping with friends and this is what they are doing to rake advantage of younger people that have no idea that they are suppose to ask for a tag for the jacket.

  Every single time I am at this store I get a horrible service. Now I wonder if they know what customer service means. Once I enter the store, I feel uncomfortable because the way that sales associates look at me, it is like I am going to steal something. There is no respect to their customers and always have a very bad customer service. This would be my last time shopping here. I can go somewhere and be much respected!!! Thank you for your horrible service Windsor!
